looks like little miss kelly is all grown up.
the beauty of her style is the fact that she doesn't seem to be taking herself too seriously. i mean, if you're going to rock jeremy scott's flintstone's inspired mini dresses, you've got balls. and what other people think is probably the last thing on your mind.
maybe it was the dancing with the stars stint, or maybe it's the natural progression of a young woman, but kelly is indubitably joining the ranks of the geldof girls and bijou phillips as an impeccably styled rock legends' child.
